Clean and wash vegetables and chopped.
Take one bowl add chopped palak, green onion ( green part), coriander leaves, one finely chopped red onion .
Now add green chilli pieces and ginger garlic and green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander and cumin seeds powder, asafoetida, soda ,sugar and salt. Mixed altogether. Now add besan and rice flour again mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Now add little water if required and adjust consistency for pakoda.
Keep one frying pan on flame add oil for frying. Let the oil heat . Take small amounts of batter and drop in to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Prepare all the pakoras in same way. Serve with hot tea.
